During his medical training, Dr. Harris served as a Spanish interpreter at a local health clinic, authored several publications, earned the Outstanding Family Medicine Graduate award, and received a global health certificate for his work at underserved clinics in Athens, Greece.
Dr. Harris delivers comprehensive care for the entire family, from infants to elderly. He is experienced in conducting annual/sports physicals and treating patients who are acutely ill or have chronic illnesses (asthma, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, etc.). He keeps up with the latest medical treatments and will coordinate your care with GGC’s vast network of specialists when necessary.
Dr. Harris enjoys spending time with his wife, Holly, who graduated from WKU and attends Vanderbilt’s psychiatric NP program. In his free time, he also loves to travel, eat out, exercise, watch UFC, and perfect his barista skills.

Emiley Button is a native of Barren County, where she’s spent most of her life. Emiley earned her Masters of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Western Kentucky University in 2003. She is certified from the American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) and is currently enrolled in the Doctors of Nursing Practice program at WKU.
