06 Jan Indoor Workout Tips for Winter
It’s difficult to workout outdoors during winter months. Here are some tips for working out indoors.
–Use videos off of Vimeo, etc. so you don’t have to purchase. Try a new type of workout that may be of interest. Some people prefer dance, some like boot camp-style workouts.
–Indoor workout equipment is pretty cheap now – medicine balls, resistance bands, hand weights, floor-gripping foam mats. Get some good music to help motivate.
–Find a designated space in your home you can associate with exercise and not lounging, watching tv or eating to do your workout, if possible. Work out in front of a mirror to keep your form in check.
–Be sure to dress in workout clothing to get motivated working out at home (brand-new workout apparel can be a great motivator).
